Paul Sides was sent to us a few months ago by his doctor to work on his balance. He told us he wanted to be able to fish without falling out of his boat. ❤️. His consistency has paid off big! He has improved his balance, strength, flexibility and more! He has been such a gift to us! His presence at our Studio feels like sunshine on a cloudy day! We are grateful for the honor of teaching and guiding him on his journey. Wellness from the inside out!

This baddie, our well loved YogaTribe member ….at 70 years old…spent last week hiking and doing yoga near Vail, Colorado! She completed this technical trail and others. She was rewarded with a breathtaking view and the “Baddie” title! We are so proud of her!!
