Throwback Thursday.
Remember when…….in 2020 our community was not allowed to practice together inside the Studio? We moved class to the great outdoors. We practice to be strong and flexible in our lives as well as in our mind and body.

Soft & Flexible (Yin) at 2:30 PM CDT on April 2 offered by Harmony Yoga & Wellness Studio. Yin yoga class consisting primarily of long-held, static poses done while lying or sitting on the mat. Targets deep connective tissue and fascia. Designed to increase joint mobility and flexibility.
