Frozen shoulder, also known as adhesive capsulitis, causes pain and stiffness in the shoulder joint. It restraints shoulder movement and often worsens over time. This condition reduces your range of motion and affects your ability to perform daily tasks.
For example, it prevents you from raising your arms for simple chores. It also causes difficulties in sleeping by preventing you from sleeping on your side. These problems can make daily life difficult if you are suffering from a frozen shoulder.

Chiropractors are experts in joint and muscle treatments, and their range of expertise definitely includes frozen shoulders. They employ a holistic approach to treating your musculoskeletal system. Chiropractic care for frozen shoulders ensures complete muscle, joint, and bone treatment with:

Joint mobilization and manipulation
Active release technique (ART)
Soft tissue techniques
Postural corrections

Sciatica is nerve pain from an injury or irritation to your sciatic nerve. In addition to pain, it can involve tingling or numbness in your back or butt that may also radiate down your leg.

Your sciatic nerve is the longest and thickest nerve in your body. Despite its name, it’s not just one nerve. It’s actually a bundle of nerves that come from five nerve roots branching off from your spinal cord.

We offer spinal decompression which is a non-surgical therapy option that is used to re-create lost intervertebral space, hopefully eliminating pain and associated neurological symptoms. Decompression works by gently stretching the spine, creating a vacuum effect which can restore disc height and even reduce the severity of bulging disc conditions.

Chiropractic care plays a crucial role in optimizing nervous system function by correcting spinal misalignments, which can enhance overall health and well-being.

The nervous system is a complex network that includes the central nervous system (CNS), comprising the brain and spinal cord, and the peripheral nervous system (PNS), which consists of nerves that extend throughout the body. It controls all bodily functions, from basic processes like breathing to complex activities like thinking and moving.
