It’s “Nat’l Activity Professionals Week” and Our Life Enrichment Team (Sally, Natalie, Kat, Diane, Mary, Lori, Jim, Jameson & Kari… and soon to be Steve) Can’t Stop Enriching! 🥰 Did you know this creative crew collectively holds 11 Bachelor & 3 Masters degrees, over 30 yrs Nursing Assistant experience, over 70 yrs. teaching experience, 3 exercise/dance instructors including Zumba & Hula, 5 professional musicians, 3 grandparents, a St. Olaf student, and a Pet Professional?! Each week they are responsible for 40-50 purposeful programs and over 70 special 1:1 visits focusing on areas such as social, physical, intellectual, occupational, spiritual, emotional, and environmental wellness. Thank you team for the countless ways you spark joy & create meaningful opportunities for Flagstone’s folks to shine in their highest purpose! We appreciate you! 👏😃👏🥰

Join us for a special opportunity to say Thank You/Farewell to McKenna AND Welcome to Hannah! We’ll be casually gathering in our Bistro tomorrow /Thursday at 2pm. 🥰

McKenna, who has been our Resident Services Director since 2023, is continuing her path in senior living. She accepted a new position with Great Lakes Management at their seven hills location as the assistant executive director! She plans to get her LALD and become an executive director. McKenna says “thank you to all the coworkers, residents, and families that I have had the pressure of working with. It is because of you guys my passion in this field continues on! Thank you for all the memories, I will miss you all!”

Hello flagstone families and residents! My name is Hannah Carlson, and I am so fortunate to be joining this community as your Resident Services Director. From the moment I arrived, I could tell the Flagstone community is a true gem, built on connection and care that I'm very excited to be a part of. I have spent the last six years working in senior living and recently graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, where I studied Healthcare Management and Long-Term Care Management. I'm originally from Minneapolis and am a big family person. In my free time, I love spending time with my three-year-old nephew, practicing yoga, reading, and enjoying the outdoors.
