It's okay to let yourself feel. It's okay to express them, and by doing so in safe and healthy ways, we give others permission to feel as well. It's what makes us human. It's what connects us. Feel your feelings, share your feelings, and have compassion for yourself and others. Right now, our support of one another and unity is our greatest strength. Strong enough to feel, and strong enough to heal. ✊
