📚✨ Then & Now with our Staff! ✨📚
In honor of National Reading Month this March, we asked each member of our team at MCTC two questions:
👧 What was your favorite childhood book?
👩 What’s your favorite book now as an adult?
The answers were nostalgic, and full of personality! From well-loved picture books to page-turning novels, it’s amazing to see how our love of reading grows and evolves over time.
National Reading Month is a great reminder that reading should feel joyful — not frustrating. Reading is more than just words on a page — it’s imagination, learning, connection, and confidence. And when visual skills are strong, kids can truly fall in love with reading 💛
If your child avoids reading, loses their place, complains of headaches, or says the words are “moving,” it could be more than just a dislike of books. Vision therapy can help build the visual skills that make reading easier and more enjoyable.
