Professional Resource Network is currently seeking an RN Case Manager for our Eden Prairie office! Come join our team today! This position is both office (40%) and field based (60%) and serves clients in the "South of the River" or Northern Suburbs territory. Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (hours can be flexible). One office day is required at our Eden Prairie office. One work from home day each week!

No Holidays, No weekends!! No on-call.
