You should avoid wearing hearing aids to bed. By removing your hearing aids at night, you are allowing the skin on your ear canal to breathe and for earwax to gradually migrate out of the ear. Instead, you should remove your hearing aids before going to bed and open the battery door to help conserve battery life.

While it may be tempting to try to limit the cost by going with a single hearing aid, the truth is that one hearing aid simply cannot do the job of two.
