We rolled out the red carpet for our amazing Assisted Living Residents with an elegant Italian dinner—complete with wine service and live entertainment that had everyone smiling. From pasta to pizzazz, the evening was full of laughter, connection, and delicious memories. 🇮🇹❤️

Most long-distance runners have packed away their sneakers by the time they reach 60. But that’s when Ellen Demsky was just getting started. Since then, the now 84-year-old has run more than 50 marathons while taking on a part-time career as a university instructor teaching older adults how to prevent cognitive decline.
