Day 4 evening, we headed to Tanah Gajah in Ubud. Under the glow of firelight and rhythmic chanting, we experienced one of Bali’s most mesmerizing traditions—the Kecak & Fire Dance 🔥 Scroll to listen!

Rooted in ancient Balinese ritual and inspired by the epic Ramayana, the Kecak tells a powerful story of devotion, courage, and the eternal battle between good and evil. Unlike other dances, there are no instruments—only the hypnotic chorus of dozens of men and boys chanting “cak-cak-cak,” creating a living rhythm that pulls you into the story! Truly captivating!

As the sun fades and flames rise, the performance intensifies… a fire dance symbolizing purification, protection, and the burning away of illusion. It’s not just a show—it’s a spiritual transmission, passed down through generations.

And just when you think the night couldn’t get more magical… ✨

We were welcomed into a Royal Rijsttafel at the Tempayan restaurant—a feast once reserved for royalty and Dutch colonial elites! A symphony of flavors, colors, and aromas, where dozens of small dishes are served to be shared and savored together. The grated young papaya soup was divine! Each bite tells a story of Indonesia’s rich culinary heritage—spiced, layered, and deeply soulful.

More than a dinner, it’s an experience of abundance, connection, and celebration. 🙏🏼🌸

Bali continues to remind us… culture here isn’t just seen, it’s felt 🤍🔥

Day 3 Evening: We were guided through a traditional Balinese blessing ceremony… a sacred ritual rooted in purification, protection, and intention.

We began by affixing our sarongs and sashes. Once the ceremony began, we received holy water, gently sprinkled over our heads—cleansing the mind, body, and spirit. Then, we sipped the water, symbolizing internal purification and alignment.

One by one, we placed frangipani flowers behind each ear—the left to release the past, the right to welcome in blessings and gratitude for what’s ahead 🌺

The offerings before us—beautiful, intricate arrangements made of palm leaves, flowers, and intention—represent devotion and balance. One offering is given in gratitude to the divine, while the other symbolizes protection and harmony within ourselves and the world around us.

To sit in that space… grounded, present, and connected to something so ancient and meaningful… was nothing short of powerful.

This is how we began our next chapter together 🤍🙏🏼

Day 3 in Bali felt like a true arrival… not just to a place, but into something deeper 🌿✨

Ubud welcomed us with open arms as we stepped into the breathtaking sanctuary of Honai Resort—lush, serene, and almost dreamlike. Every corner felt intentional, like it was preparing us for what was to come.

It’s almost time. 🙏🏼 The preparation is intentional. Prayer and meditation integrated. Curated with purpose. In 19 days, a group of 12, venture across the world. What was once something I considered a bucket list destination, is a place that I will now visit for my second time. And this second time is truly uplifting knowing I’ll be in the company of these other women. Women seeking adventure and watching them experience the culture and the spirit that is Bali. I hope to bring many more groups over to experience firsthand just how much this Island can teach your soul.

As someone who cares deeply about protecting clients, I need to speak about the client protections involved with choosing the right life coach or any coach that works with any of your health information and possible identifiers of who you are. With so many “coaches” out there and the ability for anyone to market themselves as one, you need to advocate and protect yourself! I say “coaches” in quotations because many don’t have the recognized credentials of a certification or licensure board that preserves client rights and the protects client personal information. Life experience sharing is greatly beneficial, when the clients protected health information (PHI) is properly protected.

MOST “coaches” do not use HIPAA compliant virtual calling features, texting apps, etc. some apps used that are not HIPAA compliant include:

📱VOXER

📱Zoom (unless the coach uses Zoom for Healthcare and has signed a Business Associate Agreement)

📱WhatsApp

📱Google Meet (free version)

To achieve HIPAA compliance, these platforms often require specific healthcare plans or business associate agreements (BAAs) to be signed with the coach, ensuring proper data protection and privacy measures are in place.

End-to-end encryption is NOT the same as HIPAA and PHI compliant! Protect yourself and ask the coach how they are protecting your very sensitive and personal information. There are apps out there that coaches can use that are HIPAA compliant. Many just simply do not know they are required by law, to protect a clients personal health information when shared.

Protect and advocate for yourself. Your personal health information is yours and yours alone. YOU decide who you’re willing to work with and at what risk.
