ChildSense was founded in 1985 by behavior specialists Jeff Fink and Jon Halpern. Their seminars and videos have educated and entertained parents and teachers nationwide. Jeff and Jon also work with school children in the Minneapolis/Saint Paul area. They are recognized as experts in the process of changing children's behavior and are known for their entertaining and dynamic style. They offer memorable seminar experiences by utilizing a novel approach that is both practical and engaging. Through humorous dramatizations of common dilemmas, they expose participants to familiar scenarios. When followed by discussions and re-dramatized solutions, participants find they are able to retain the information for easy access when conflicts arise.

Meet the minds behind ChildSense!

Jeff Fink was a full-time faculty member in the school of education at Hamline University. He was also a public-school teacher in St. Paul, MN for over 30 years serving as a regular and special education teacher as well as a behavioral consultant. Jeff is also the author of “Breaking the Cycle of Disruptive Behavior.”
