It all began in 1967 when Bill Austin moved his hearing aid services to Minnesota and purchased Starkey Labs from Harold Starkey in 1970. From the very start, Austin had a vision to bring better hearing to the world. He began with a simple premise, “Alone we can’t do much. Together, we can change the world.” At Starkey, it’s that vision that pushes us toward our mission to serve our customers better than anyone else and to keep moving forward by being better today than yesterday, and better tomorrow than today.

Our four corporate values of attitude, commitment, integrity and selflessness fuel our dedication to innovation, philanthropy, craftsmanship and individualized attention that goes into each and every one of our products.
