When you see us for massage therapy, your massage therapist will ask questions before starting your session. Every. Time.

No two sessions will ever look the same! We do not use cookie cutter routines.

As professionals, we know that each person and each day is different. We take the time to check in with you. You will hear us ask "would you like focus on anything specific today?" or "how can I best serve you today?"

Checking in before we start the hands-on portion of your session is key to making sure you are satisfied with the services we provide.

From day to day our minds, bodies, and spirits fluctuate. Desk job or athlete, we want to take a few moments to ask you to pause. This is time to share what you are feeling in your body or express any specific wants or desires you have for that particular session.

Tell us if:
-You don't want to talk that day (some communication may be necessary, especially if it is your first time, but we strive to keep a zen space)
-You want a full body session
-You want one area focused on the whole time
-You want more time spent in one area AND a full body session
-You prefer we don't work on your head or face (or any other area)
-You want your hair to look good after your session
-You need to be somewhere promptly after
-You want a specific technique or style
-You have a question (or many!)
-You want more or less pressure than we are using (yes, even during the session we LOVE your feedback and will NOT be offended)
-You want a certain essential oil used
-You are hot or cold
-You need the face cradle moved or you feel uncomfortable in any way

At UIH we strive to make sure you enjoy every customized session to the full extent without any sneaky upcharges. Tax and tip are included in our pricing. Extra tipping is not expected, but always appreciated.

A seamless user experience that you recognize. Online booking that is simple to use and find is crucial to a stress free massage therapy session. You can be sure that when you see our logos and signature colors that you are in the right place.

It is important to us and to our patients that we show up when you type "ultimate integrative health" into google or search engines to find directions and schedule sessions.

Today there are rampant scams and many 3rd party booking services. We have no association with zeel, soothe or anything similar. Our new cohesive branding assures that you know you are on the right web page and booking directly with Irina V or myself-- Lauren R.

We only use www.ultimateintegrativehealth.com for online booking. Acuity scheduling is built into our website and will send a confirmation email, email and text reminders for your appointments.

Texting us directly is also a great option. We might have our hands full of oil and we do not have receptionists or answer the phone if we are mid-massage. If you call, please leave us a voice message. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-36 hours minimum.

Looking for a way to reduce stress in your life? Monthly or quarterly massage therapy is a great option. Prevention is what we are passionate about. Scientific studies show that massage therapy can have lasting benefits outside of the treatment room. Reintroducing myself! I have been pretty quiet on social media lately as my family is growing, both personally and professionally.

I am Lauren - The mastermind and doer of all things here at Ultimate Integrative Health.

Our services are as unique as your needs to help you Relax. Rejuvenate. Recover.

I founded Ultimate Integrative Health with the goal to customize each person's wellness experience! I bring the skills of massage therapy, restorative movement, and restorative breathing practices together. I have enjoyed this profession for 9 years and August will mark an entire DECADE!

Recently, I started expanding the team (please welcome Irina -- on instagram) AND
we expanded our geographic location!

In February, I was busy opening a new treatment space in Shakopee, MN.

Nurture Massage Therapy is now serving the local Shakopee, MN community.

Irina began her massage profession in 2016 when she became a Nationally Board Certified Massage Therapist. She received her degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University after studying from 2014-2016. During her studies she was hired to work at Bridge Chiropractic in Shakopee, MN where she worked with a variety of patients from auto accident cases, those seeking to compliment their chiropractic adjustments with massage, to some who wanted to simply decompress and reduce stress. Recently in her career, she worked in a spa environment where she learned additional techniques to customize your massage session. Her massage skills are relaxing and luxurious. In 2023, Irina finished lymphatic drainage training and extensive postpartum massage education. Irina shows up to each session with the confidence of nearly 10 years of experience in the field of massage therapy.

Hi everyone! Important info: please RSVP by this Thursday, June 13th if you are coming for dinner. Thank you so much to those who have already.

Cash is preferred at this event! We want to send all proceeds home with the Haseltine family the night of the benefit. There is an ATM on site at the American Legion. All activities are cash based and all proceeds from the silent auction, bake sale, raffles, meal ticket sales, and bingo will be donated directly to the family and be used to cover the cost of food.

Meal ticket sales will be happening at the door. Each meal ticket will be one trip through the build your own taco or burrito bar. Suggested donation for food is $30+ for an adult and $15+ for children. This covers the meal cost + about 50% of the proceeds will benefit the family!

We have added a 50/50 raffle, tickets will be $1 each and the winner will receive 50% of the ticket sales!

$10 Margaritas! 50% of the sales will be donated to the family by the Legion. (They are so generous!)
