We have offices in Baxter/Brainerd, Eden Prairie, Duluth, Hutchinson, Minneapolis, and Oakdale in Minnesota, and Beaver Dam, Wisconsin HOURS: MON - FRI 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Appointments are offered at select clinics on select days throughout the week.
