A couple months ago, we became the Mental Health Expert Contributors for the Neighbors of Eden Prairie Magazine. We love connecting with the EP community, and we're excited for the opportunity to share even more about mental health with everyone.

This month we had our practice featured in the magazine. If you're EP, keep an eye out for the magazine and article.

We'll be hosting a Mental Health Open House and Ribbon Cutting next Wednesday, May 21 from 2-5 pm at Renew Town Center community room 12100 Singletree Lane, Eden Prairie. Stop by to meet some of our therapists, complete self-care prompts, practice simple art therapy, and enjoy some snacks. We'll also have a giveaway.

Our therapists Colleen, Donna, and Adelia are out at the MACMH Child & Adolescent Mental Health Conference in Duluth. What a great opportunity to connect with other businesses and mental health practitoners and attend informative sessions to further our knowledge on important mental health topics.

We'll have a table set up now through Tuesday in the exhibit hall. Stop by to say hello, talk to our therapists and grab some fun fidgets.
