Fit to be Free Fit to be Free, LLC was started by Mindy Heine in 2012. It's focus is on physical fitness, nutritio Current offerings can be found at www.fittobefree.com.

Fit to be Free, LLC trains its members one on one or in a small group setting. Each bootcamp session consists of a 55 minute workout followed by a short time spent in God's Word. Our time together includes cardio and strength workouts with a focus on interval and circuit training. All ages and fitness levels are welcome as modifications are made to challenge each individual appropriately. After our workout, we look to God's Word for truth, wisdom and insight to guide us in our journey. Individualized nutrition and weight loss programs are available upon request.
