Hello, my dear friends,

Here is a simple way to help strengthen your energy even faster

To make this drink, you will need:

✔One tablespoon of olive oil
✔One small chunk about 1/4 inch of turmeric root (grated)
✔O ne small chunk about 1/4 inch of Ginger Root (grated)
✔The juice of a quarter of a lemon

You can also add a little honey if you wish. After you put all these items together, add some hot water and stir until they are very well done. Strain out ginger and turmeric.

Drink it about one to two hours before bedtime.

During the night, this can help you strengthen your kidney energy tremendously. It is also good for women to help balance hormones and nurture the reproductive organs.

In the fall, turmeric and ginger are the food you need to put into your food as much as you can. Of course, you don’t overeat. Turmeric and ginger can help you to detoxify and strengthen your lung energy. To cleanse your lungs and at the same time, strengthen your heart. It also helps you to generate a lot of good hormones for men and women.

Self-awareness is a very useful tool to control your emotions, to control your behavior, your decision making, your health, and your spiritual growth.

Meditation is a very, very important tool to help you to do that.

In China, no matter it is the Taoist practice or the Buddhist practice, no matter you are doing martial arts, you are doing Tai Chi, or you are doing Qigong, you need to bring your focus back to yourself.

By bringing this awareness back to yourself, you are able to observe your behavior, observe your emotions, observe your thoughts, without creating an attachment to your behavior, emotions, and thoughts.

Sometimes when I travel, teach classes, or do healing for the whole day from 8 o’clock in the morning till 10 o’clock in the evening, I just have to manage how I gain the energy back.

So I find 5 or 10 minutes. Sit down to tap into the serenity with a purpose. And notice what I am doing. I notice this moment. That’s called mindfulness Qigong. I tap into serenity. Just within a couple of minutes, I am able to gain back all the energy I spend.

Your attitude in how you choose to be in the world and in your relationships governs how you experience your life and the world.

The thoughts you have and the words you use when you are talking to yourself all determine the way you experience your life.

You always have the choice of feelings filled with light, love and joy. It is a choice you are free to make in any moment. If you choose to keep your attention on attitudes that express your Soul’s love, then you become a great magnet for more and more of the same energy.

The moment you put your attention on your Soul’s Love and the joy of its energy, you join with all the love of this frequency, this vibration of energy. You also join with all the other Soul’s on this earth and beyond who are focused on what you are focused on.

1️⃣ Open your left hand and extend your arm, palm facing up.
2️⃣ Shape your right hand like a cup (as if holding water).
3️⃣ Firmly pat (cup) the inside of your left arm from shoulder to wrist, moving every couple of inches.
4️⃣ Repeat for 1 minute, then switch arms.

An important part of meditation is to keep the focus on the breathing.

You inhale through your nose, and exhale through your nose, because these cavities are the closest to the brain and to the pineal gland.

When you breathe gently slowly, and smoothly, you can get more Qi to your brain, and you can stimulate your third eye faster.

Inhale energy coming in,

when you exhale, you feel the energy going out.

Do it slowly and gently.

In Spring Forest Qigong active exercises or sitting meditations, I encourage to use your nose to breathe as much as you can..

Except at the very beginning, when we are activating/detoxifying our Qi (bouncing) we breathe out through the mouth for the 2 or 3 minutes and then..

During our meditation practice be breathe in through the nose and out through the nose. (this helps us retain more Qi)

Hello, my dear friends,

It’s wonderful to know a lot, but to put it into practice is different energy, higher energy, and as you keep practicing what you know, you discover in the most wonderful way that you become the lesson you practice.

You practice at home, you practice the lesson everywhere you go, and in everything you do.

Qigong learning is all about practice.

You don’t need to know more about Qigong to do it or to enjoy its benefits. You don’t even need to understand it. You just have to do it.

Qigong-learning is only 30 or 20 or even 10% about the information you know; “learning” Qigong is actually 70 or 80 or even 90% practice.

So, learn from our friend who wrote in: “you don’t need to know more about Qigong to do it or to enjoy its benefits. You don’t even need to understand it. You just have to do it!”

Most of us are raised to think the opposite. “Once I know everything there is to know about this thing, then I can do it really, really well.” Not with Qigong. Only by doing it do you learn it, and the more and more you do it, the more you understand it.

So – you already know what you need to know. Just start!

The sooner you take action, the sooner you will feel good.

Practice Every day, even if it is only for a few minutes. Now is as good of a place as any to begin.

Don't Take It Personally. Let It Go.

Even the greatest beings are misunderstood.

One day, as Buddha sat peacefully under the Bodhi tree, a meditation practitioner, jealous of his wisdom and presence, hurled insults at him. Still, Buddha remained calm, unmoved. The man, frustrated, spat on Buddha's face and stormed away.

Hours later, he returned and was surprised to see the mucus still there. He asked, “You’re so patient, but why didn’t you wipe it off?”

Buddha gently replied, “I don’t know if you spit on me, or on yourself.”

In that moment, the man was stunned. His heart opened. He sat down, humbled, and later became one of Buddha’s devoted students.

This is the power of not taking things personally. When others project their pain, it's not about you — it's about their own story. When you can remain centered and compassionate, you step into true freedom.

🌿 Rub your palms together until they feel warm.
🤲 Place the center of each palm over the corresponding ni**le.
