We asked Dr. Alvord:
✏️What are you most proud of in your 30 years in practice?
“That’s an easy one! I never compromised my principles and I always cared for everyone as if they were me or one of my family.”

✏️If you could have done something different other than Chiropractic, what would it have been?
“I would have probably been a teacher or a writer, but I’m already doing those things by educating people about different and better solutions for their health problems.”

✏️Why do you love what you do?
“Because Chiropractic allows people to function at their best in a way nothing else can. It’s so satisfying and watch people come alive on our adjusting tables every day.”

✏️What do you like to do for fun?
“I love to see the light bulbs come on in people when they become empowered by the truth. I also love to my life in total congruency with how I was innately designed to live. I practice what I preach.”

✏️What is your favorite quote?
“Wow. I have so many but a good practical one is “Choose your hard, because it’s all hard.” The illusion is that there is easy and hard but the reality is that it’s all hard. It’s either hard now or harder later. It’s hard to live healthy but it’s a lot harder to live with disease and illness from not living healthy. So get started right now!”
