Molly has served in a variety of roles, including admissions, outreach, and discharge coordination, always with one focus: supporting individuals and their loved ones with clarity and care. As someone in recovery herself, she brings a grounded, authentic voice to every step of the process.

For the clients and the staff at Spirit Mountain getting to fish is getting to take time for yourself, it’s enjoying the sun, it’s spending time with each other. Community is such an integral part of recovery so go out enjoy others presence.

Lindsey began her yoga journey in 2014, earning certifications in YACEP, 200-ERYT, 500-RYT, and Trauma Yoga. Growing up in the mountains above Salt Lake City, Utah, her connection to nature has always been profound and transformational.

For over 20 years, Lindsey has dedicated her life to guiding individuals and communities through recovery-based yoga. She teaches us to embrace compassion and appreciate each moment life brings.

Yoga has been Lindsey’s guiding light, helping her find inner peace, beauty, surrender, and strength. She shares this gift with us, helping rediscover our authentic selves.

As the sun began to set on the rugged Utah landscape, casting long shadows over the rolling hills and valleys, a sense of nostalgia washed over us.

The last echoes of laughter, the sweet aroma of a well-cooked meals, the lingering warmth of companionship – these were the remnants of an unforgettable week with Spirit Mountain Recovery.

This past week, we charmed and hosted three extraordinary gentlemen - Keith Bradley, Justin Diehl, and Brad Garraway.

Our intent was not just to host, but to create a series of memorable moments stitched together by camaraderie, adventure, and the breathtaking beauty of Utah.
