Donations are rolling in!!!! Patients are bringing in a lot of food and money (for us to do the shopping for them).
We only have 2 more weeks to help the hungry in Rockingham County! Donations are needed more than ever. Most food pantries in our country are empty…….
If you are NOT a patient and would like to donate please come in the office and make your donation (food or cash). If you prefer to make a donation via venmo…… message me and I will give you my venmo info.

This is Franklin and he has gotten AMAZING results at Rockingham Chiropractic Center!!!!
For years he has had to wear pain patches in order to manage his back pain, but after ONLY ONE week……. no more pain patches.
Every time Franklin comes in he tells us how hes blown away by his amazinf results and he just couldn’t be any happier with his experience here at Rockingham Chiropractic Center!

Great news!!!!
Last year I did a mental health workshop close to the holidays since it’s when we need a good mental health reset in the mist of all of the holiday stress.
A lot of people came and LOVED the workshop. The feedback that I got was overwhelmingly positive.
I am going to do a mental health workshop on Tuesday December the 2nd. It’s going to be even better than the last one. People underestimate the impact that their mental health have on their health ……… Plan to come to this one.
I will go out on a limb and say this will be the best thing you do for your health and sanity this year!!!

So many of my patients made my birthday extra special yesterday and Hava was no exception.
Hava has been a wonderful patient of mine for years and she has never failed to show up to my office on my birthday with a special gift …… a Zero candy bar!!!! My fave!
Yesterday Hava didn’t have an adjustment scheduled, but still went out of her way and drove to my office for a special delivery!!! She even brought me a card with the Zero bar!!!
Guys….never underestimate the power of a kind heart ❤️

Cool story!!!!!
When this guy came in the office for the first time he told me that he used to be my soccer coach when I was 6 years old!!!!
Well, my parents are moving into a new house so they dropped off a bunch of stuff that they saved from when I was a little kid. This past weekend I finally made time to go through all of the stuff…. a ton of trophies, game balls, newspaper clippings of my sporting games, etc.
I came upon this newspaper clipping from almost 40 years ago that was titled “Bulldogs take title”.
For whatever reason 40 years later I still remember that was the name of our soccer team. I even remember the uniform was a brownish maroon with a grey top ….. it’s crazy the details we remember 4 decades later!!!!!! 😂
As I was looking at the names and noticed BUTCH MILLER!!!! That’s my patient!!!!!! I love going back down memory lane and even more so…… meeting someone from my childhood many years later!!!!
So grateful for Butch and also blessed our paths crossed. I was able to return the favor of him being an amazing soccer coach by taking care of his aches and pain!!!
Soccer was the only sport that I just wasn’t great at….. I made sure to tell Butch it had nothing to do with his coaching 😂
It’s crazy the stuff parents save of their kids, but I am thankful my parents saved this!!!!

I just saw one of my awesome patients at the gym over my lunch break.
This is Larry!!!! He was drenched in hard earned sweat from his workout.
He told me that before getting adjusted at Rockingham Chiropractic Center that he was unable to exercise his legs as he would have excruciating hip and low back pain. He had been experiencing this pain for a VERY LONG time.
After just a couple weeks of adjustments he is now able to crush a hard leg workout at the gym….. 100% pain free!!!!!
Lemme tell you something….. staying active is one of the main keys in maintaining good health. When the spine is neglected …. movement suffers…. and then health suffers!!!
A huge congrats to Larry and great seeing you crush your workouts at the gym!!! 🏋️🏋️🏋️

Look guys…… I don’t mind the pink ribbons and going all out on the pink for the month of October. All of the cheerleaders and football players are wearing pink today. More awareness on cancer is paramount, BUT……. By the way this is a HUGE BUT……. what’s lame is the main companies that are pushing this “pink ribbon” stuff are the main ones that KEEP cancer causing ingredients in their products 🙄🙄🙄
We all know that most cancers are MULTIFACTORIAL which means it’s usually not only one thing that causes cancer, but it has BEEN proven that there are HUNDREDS of chemicals that are used in our foods and products in the USA that causes cancer. It is NOT speculated…. It has been proven.
Other countries have BANNED these ingredients and yet we still use and consume these products here in the USA😡
Thankfully there seems to be small strides made in the US by brining more knowledge on these cancerous ingredients. Hopefully the American consumer will get on board and demand that these products be free of these hazardous chemicals!!!!
Happy Breast Cancer awareness month…. Ladies…. do yourselves a favor and do research on deodorants and fabric softeners today!!!! Wearing pink won’t shield your body against cancer….. using safer products and changing some of your choices WILL help against cancer!!!!!

I have seen a lot of my patients wear the “Dear person behind me” shirts, but this was th first one of this type I have seen!
I loved reading it while I was adjusting her! My favorite one is the first one……
You say…. “I can’t figure it out” God says…. “I will direct your steps” Proverbs 3:5-6
