Last week a patient of mine said …. “Before I leave I have something in the car”
He came back with these 2 pieces of paper and said that he wanted me to post this and help others know that there is an alternative to back pain!!!!
Randy had been taking steroid injections for his horrible back pain for YEARS!!!!!! As soon as he started chiropractic care with us and started feeling much better he cancelled his upcoming steroid shot appointment. Fast forward now Randy is over 1 year with no steroid injections and feeling the BEST he has ever felt!!!!
A huge heartfelt congratulations to Randy!!!!!

For those of you who know me knows that I LOVE animals. I am incredibly fortunate that I have a culture inside my office that is filled with loving patients.
One of my wonderful patients Caroline saw a kitten get thrown out of the window of a moving vehicle 😡☹️
When she got to the kitten it had a severely broken leg which had to be amputated by the vet. After falling in love with the kitten Caroline decided to be it’s forever momma ❤️❤️❤️😸
So grateful to have so many loving and caring patients who make my day at the office more than pleasant!!!!!
The world needs more people like Caroline!!! So thankful for patients who have a big heart!

This is Angela and she has NO MORE headaches or migraines!!!!!! 🎉🥳👏🙌
When she first saw me 4 years ago she was having constant debilitating migraines that majorly affected the quality of her life almost on a daily basis. Very quickly into her care….. we were able to eliminate her headaches and migraines COMPLETELY!!!!
She reminded the other day that it has been 4 years…. 48 months….. since she has had a migraine 🤩
About half of my patients that come to me have problems with their headaches and many of them have had success stories just like Angela!!!

Where does health come from???? Seems like a lot of Americans think it comes from medical care, spending money on medical research, medication, surgeries, etc.
Here are some facts for you.
In 1925 America was in the top 10 as far as health and life expectancy …….. fast forward to 2025 we have fallen to #49 😬😳😬
We spend A TON more money today on healthcare than we did back in the day so why is the health of our American citizens declining????
It’s because health DOES NOT come from medicine or doctors visits!!!!
Health comes from paying close attention to these categories ……exercise, nutrition, rest/sleep, and positive mental attitude!!!!!!
How are you guys performing in these categories?????

Final run to the store to get teachers supplies. The first things that ran out were wipes, dry erase markers, and cardstock so we bought a TON of these.
A few teachers also told me that oftentimes they have to feed their students snacks so we grabbed quite a few snack items as well!!!!

Attention teachers!!!!
Our patients have very generously donated school supplies for YOU guys!
We have A LOT of supplies that will make the beginning of the year a lot easier for you. Come to our office and show us your teacher’s ID and grab a bookbag. Fill it with EVERYTHING that you need for your classroom/students!
We have already had a lot of teachers come in the past few days and we still have tons more supplies available.
Come in on Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday between the hours of 7:30 am - 10:45 am and 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm or on Tuesday afternoon between 2:30 - 5:30 pm.
If you know a teacher…. tag them!!!

Wow!!!! Our patients have generously donated tons of school supplies again this year! We are opening up to ALL teachers in Rockingham County. Just simply stop by, show us your badge and grab a bookbag and fill it up with whatever your classroom may need. You can stop by anytime between Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 7:30-10:45 and 2:00-5:45 and Tuesday afternoon 2:00-5:45. So thankful to be able to help out our teachers and schools again this year!!

If there is one piece of health advice that I think would benefit people the most it
would be this…..
You CANNOT medicate your way into good health. It’s IMPOSSIBLE!!!
I am not saying do not take medication at all, but I am saying that just be aware that while medication might help your symtoms…. it will never make you healthy.
If possible, figure out what lifestyle habits are causing your problems and adopt healthier habits!!!
