I am experienced in the following areas: depression, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem and anger management. I am Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of North Carolina. I am trained from a theoretical integrative approach to counseling where faith is integrated with counseling theory. My approach is uniquely tailored to a client's situation including cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused brief therapy, person-centered therapy
and art therapy. I currently work virtually seeing clients Monday through Thursday. also on www.betterhelp.com/valerie-presley
