DRS originated in 2004 dealing strictly with sleep apnea and sleep disorders. By request from multiple physicians, we now are a Home Medical Equipment provider. We are a durable medical equipment company devoted to delivering unparalleled service to physicians and their patients who suffer from sleep disorders and other respiratory disorders as well as patients in need of various types of medical equipment such as wheelchairs, hospital beds,crutches, canes, walkers, diabetic supplies, TENS units, nebulizers, oxygen, and ambulatory aids. We gladly do in-home delivery at the request of the patient or physician. The employees and associates of DRS have over 100 years combined experience in the healthcare field, including knowledge and experience of equipment, set up and delivery and billing and insurance claims. Follow up is vital to patient care. DRS conducts patient satisfaction survey reports for respitatory set-ups at 72 hours and 4 weeks. These reports are available to the physician in order that he/she may order adjustments to the C-Pap or Bi-Pap equipment. The goal of DRS is to make every delivery to the patients house within 24 hours. DRS delivers to the patients home, therefore our delivery time is based on patient preference. Upon receiving the order from the physician, the patient is contacted by DRS to set the appointment time for delivery of the equipment per the request of the patient.
