Fair Funeral Home serves Rockingham County & a large region including families in southern Virginia. Alva Fair who received his Funeral Director and Embalming license in 1921 served the county area and later was the founder of Fair Funeral Home dating back to 1934. His sons, James and Charles, carried on the family tradition until retiring in the mid-1990's.

Today, our President is Funeral Director Neil Fair, 3rd generation family member. According to Neil, “Fair is more than our name, it’s the way we do business. That’s why Fair Funeral Home is proud to offer the lowest prices in Rockingham County and Southern Virginia, and because there are no hidden fees, we are the least expensive.”
