“We understand that the departure of a healthcare provider can cause concern for our patients and would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Heidi for her service in providing great care to the Edgar community and surrounding area,” said Treg Vyzourek, CEO at Brodstone. “We want to assure you that there will be no interruption in care. Dr. Heller and Matt Gatlin are experienced providers who are committed to providing excellent healthcare and will be serving patients while we hire a new provider.”

Edgar, NE – Brodstone Healthcare is pleased to announce that Dr. Raymond Heller and Matt Gatlin, PA, will be seeing patients at Brodstone Family Medical Center-Edgar effective October 17th, 2024. This follows the departure of Heidi Bergan, APRN.

Heidi Bergen, APRN, NP-C, will be leaving Brodstone Healthcare effective September 18, 2024. We want to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to Heidi for her dedication and service to our patients over the years. Her commitment to providing quality care to the Nelson and Edgar communities has been invaluable to Brodstone Healthcare, and we appreciate the trust you have placed in her.

We understand that this news may cause some concern. We want to assure you that we are actively searching for a qualified replacement who can provide the same high level of care you have come to expect from Brodstone Healthcare. In the meantime, we will continue to provide uninterrupted care for your needs. Here are some things to keep in mind during this transition:
