Did you know that glutathione is our most important antioxidant? Taking Tylenol can absolutely impact your liver in a negative way, especially if you’re drinking on top of it.

Glutathione is important for several reasons:
1. Antioxidant Defense: It is a key antioxidant in the body, helping to neutralize harmful free radicals and prevent oxidative stress. This is crucial for protecting cells and tissues from damage caused by reactive oxygen species.

2. Detoxification: Glutathione plays a central role in detoxifying the body by binding to and removing toxins, heavy metals, and harmful compounds. It is especially important in the liver, where it helps detoxify drugs and other foreign substances.

3. Immune System Support: Glutathione is involved in supporting the immune system’s function by aiding in the proliferation and activity of immune cells.

4. Cellular Health: It helps maintain the health of cells and their components, such as proteins and DNA. This is essential for overall well-being and longevity.

5. Reduction of Inflammation: Glutathione can help modulate inflammatory responses, potentially reducing chronic inflammation, which is linked to various health issues.

If you’re interested in supporting these pathways- Vitamin C, Vitamin D, B Vitamins and Liposomal Glutathione would be great options. (Find quality options through our Fullscript link)

We’ve normalized symptoms…
And medicalized them too quickly.

✨ Reflux? Here’s a PPI.
✨ Anxiety? Try a benzodiazepine.
✨ Constipation? How about Miralax.
✨ Joint pain? Ibuprofen on repeat.
✨ PMS? Let’s start birth control.
✨ Insomnia? Maybe melatonin or a sleep aid.
✨ Fatigue? Must be a caffeine problem.

But what if the real issue isn’t a medication shortage?

Your symptoms aren’t something to silence — they’re a signal.
Let’s start asking why.

Endometriosis isn’t rare. Being believed is.
Most women wait 7–10 years for a diagnosis. Not because they’re fine… but because their pain is ignored.

“Bad cramps.”
“Normal labs.”
“Nothing on imaging.”

Meanwhile, they’re missing school and/or work, calling in sick, popping pain meds, and told it’s just part of being a woman.

No. It’s not normal.
And you deserve better.

Root-cause medicine means we ask why… not just hand you a prescription and send you on your way.

You deserve to be heard.
You deserve more than symptom suppression.

“Ever wondered what your hair can tell about your health?”

By taking a small sample of recent hair growth, we get a glimpse of YOUR unique biochemistry by testing your body's key minerals and toxic heavy metal load. With this information, a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis:

💛 Reveals Mineral Imbalances: Shows if you’re low in potassium, magnesium, zinc, or other minerals your body needs.
💛 Supports Adrenal & Thyroid Health: Helps you understand how stress and hormones affect your energy and mood.
💛 Tracks Progress Over Time: Perfect for monitoring changes after diet, supplements, or lifestyle adjustments.
💛 Non-Invasive & Easy: Just a small hair sample gives insights that blood tests sometimes miss.

If you’ve ever felt “off” but don’t know why, HTMA can give you the answers your body has been trying to tell you. 💡

🚺 Endometriosis isn’t “just bad periods.”
It’s not in your head. And it’s not fixed with a pill.

This is your body waving a red flag — not because it’s broken, but because it’s trying to protect you.

They blame your uterus.
They prescribe the pill.
They offer surgery.
And somehow… you’re still left feeling broken.

But what if your uterus isn’t the problem?
What if we stopped silencing symptoms… and started listening to them?

Common Root Drivers:
• Gut dysbiosis
• Chronic inflammation
• Sluggish liver detox
• High toxic burden
• Hormone disruption (esp. estrogen dominance)

These aren’t just buzzwords — they’re fixable.

Estrogen dominance = fuel on the fire
Too much estrogen → More inflammation
More inflammation → More tissue growth
More growth → More pain

Root cause > symptom suppression.
You deserve answers. You deserve real healing. 🫶🏼

Let’s Get Back To Health!

Functional Medicine is an evolution in the practice of medicine that better addresses the healthcare needs of the 21st century. By shifting the traditional disease-centered focus of medical practice to a more patient-centered approach, functional medicine addresses the whole person, not just an isolated set of symptoms. Functional Medicine practitioners spend time with their patients, listening to their histories and looking at the interactions among genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors that can influence long-term health and complex, chronic disease. In this way, Functional Medicine supports the unique expression of health and vitality for each individual.
