Take breaks and perform standing lean backs often
Keep your exertion level to no more than a 6/10 (you can still talk)

Morning stretch reach and lengthen one arm and the same side leg hold 5 seconds repeat 3 x perform standing or lying down
Chin tucks with neck rolls 3x
Cat cows 3 x
Open books 5 x each side
