What is a Reiki Share?

These are some words that come to mind when I think of a Reiki Share.

In order we will:
*Have a quick intro and intention setting
* split up into pairs
*Energy exchange for 1 hour (30 minutes for each participant)
* Closing circle sharing experiences and expressing a gratitude
*open social time

Reiki 1 is required but all levels are welcome and would be thankful for the variety of experience levels!

What to Bring:
Simply yourself and your special techniques, tools and advice to share.

Let’s create a modern twist on home gatherings, focusing on the things that truly nourish our souls.
