Taking a break from social media for Lent!

Lent is a 40-day season of prayer, fasting, and reflection observed by many Christians in preparation for Easter. Lent is a season of reflection, prayer, and sacrifice. It’s a time to step back from distractions and focus on faith, growth, and gratitude.

For me, this break is about being more present with my family, intentional with my time, and spiritually focused on reading the Bible and praying.

🎉🎉🎉 Dr. Sage is excited to announce that she is officially a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic in the state of Pennsylvania! She plans on opening up her schedule for functional medicine and chiropractic care in January 2025. She will continue practicing in Florida as well. More details to come!
