Before any individual program, we have our clients test their cortisol so we are able to physically show them how stress is effecting them.
Something about seeing your stress hormones messy really justifies why you are dealing with all the things.

Integrative approach to health and wellness will become standard practice due to prevalence of so many “lifestyle diseases”.
Mental and cognitive health are huge due to pandemic with depression and anxiety now affecting 1/3 of the population globally.
In our approach and practice we use combination of funcional and integrative medicine.
Functional medicine is used to identify the root cause of the problem and integrative to treats the cause.
Integrative medicine/wellness is treating each person as a whole by addressing their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs.

Imagine if every time you were about to vent or share a tough day with your partner, you said:

🧐HAVE YOU EVER ASKED SOMEONE “WHAT DO YOU THINK”? When what you really wanted to say is “I AM FEELING OVERWHELMED, CAN YOU GIVE ME SOME SUPPORT?”
Especially when it comes to decision you have already made.
I recommend getting into the habit of asking yourself “ Do I really want this persons opinion?”
I remember when I was changing my carrier, I got so frustrated because people kept giving me their opinion after I have made all mine decisions (and they were final).
But, when I think back now, it’s because I would say things like “this makes sense, right?”; “do you like this?”
Rather then asking for what I really needed - SUPPORT!

👉ASK YOURSELF—

⁉️Do you want to hear that/if they would do it differently?

⁉️Do you have desire, capacity or ability to change your decision?

⁉️Or do you really just want support because you are feeling nervous about your choice?

This was a life changing habit for me.

Let’s go back! Way back! Back in 2013 I discovered that programming my subconscious mind is how I take my power back.
I was ready to feel better, live a better reality and experience a better life. The only thing in my way was me!
