Throwing it back to how we welcomed our New Year!
Our New Year ritual of 108 Sun Salutations and the Gayatri Mantra, a reminder that discipline and intention light the path forward.

(Thank you to everyone who came and conquered. Your energy, dedication and intention made it a powerful collective experience 🕉️🙏🏼)

Followed by a powerful reset through sound healing under the Wolf Moon. A moment to be in stillness, to allow us to soften, release, and listen inwards as the sounds guided us into the year ahead 💟.

For ages 6-10, this 45min class blends movement, breathwork, and playful activities to help kids build strength, focus, and confidence, all while having FUN! It’s the perfect after-school reset, giving your child tools to relax, recharge, and shine💫
