After graduating from Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance, Rex went on to earn his certification in bodywork from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. He gained his advanced training and certification in Neuromuscular Therapy through Judith Walker-Delany, and Paul St. In 2004, he became one of the first Nationally Certified Medical Massa

ge Therapists (NCMMT), a group that is committed to upholding a higher standard of technique and education for massage therapy nationwide. He served five years as a representative to the Board of Directors at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. He also co-owned and directed Colorado Wellness Group & Medical Massage Center, Inc. Rex offers a unique and intuitive approach to NMT and postural alignment. While establishing functional goals and gains for treatment he appoaches each session with new eyes and sense for what is occurring physiologically with each client. Rex enjoys keeping a diverse clientele and finds appreciation in the challenges presented by them.

Today, I am saddened by the recent loss of someone I admired through su***de. This is something near and dear to my heart, and I have become inspired to write and connect with anyone who maybe struggling.

We as a State, Nation and World are navigating intense waters, along with, however your personal world/relationships are working/not working. Please check in with your mental/physical state!

WE have a tendency to "shutdown," our nervous systems are spiked into trauma states and WE are often suffering in silence and carrying pain.

Entering into 2017, I'm excited to be celebrating sixteen years of pain relief service to the Greater Denver Metro areas! 2016 was an amazing year filled with a sabbatical through New Zealand and purposeful transition back to Colorado and witnessing my beautiful son grow and develop (too fast). I am back in my beautiful West Highlands/Sloans Lake location and looking forward to seeing everyone!! Entering into 2015, I'm excited to be celebrating fourteen years of pain relief service to the Greater Denver Metro areas! 2014 brought a new baby boy to Crystal Hinton and I's life on October 21st, which required a move to a new location in the West Highlands/Sloans Lake area. It is a beautiful location that I am honored to host new and existing clients and can't wait to see you soon!
