12.31 could be considered a day outside of time. The Mayan calendar was 364 days, so today would not be included. It has always felt like the day of the spiral for me.

Spirals represent so much: expansion and contraction (birth and death), the Divine Feminine, the journey of inward to outward, unfurling, and being outside of linear time.

Every year, I spend some time in contemplation about what the year has shown me. (A really easy hack for this is just take a look through your photo gallery.)

For me, 2025 was a year of more balance and big, like really big, shifts. On the whole, it feels like this year cleaved a "before this" and "after this" situation.

Spirals, water, and roses came in strong. Shedding the old was the currency so that I could make the investment in the new, which is already streaming in, in a big way.

So much newness on tap for 2026 and I look forward to it with joyous exaltation.

Thank you to everyone who was a part of 2p25 for me. πŸ™

πŸ«† Curious: What shows up for you if you take 10 minutes to journey back through 2025?

In the Chinese Zodiac, 2025 was the year of the wood snake, and 2026 is the year of the fire horse: very different energies.

2025 has been a big year for internal (and even external) shedding. What has been rising up in us as lived experience, wisdom, and desire is informing what we are and what we are not taking with us. With this information, we will find the momentum, passion, and drive to move forward in new ways in 2026.

According to Richard Rudd, creator of Gene Keys, 2026 is the year of major timeline pivots. He calls 2026 β€œthe year of the closing door.”

I can already feel new energies pouring in, and maybe you can too.

Join me as we move intentionally into the liminal space of Winter Solstice, in harmony with the energies and elements. We will learn more about what the next year holds, look back on what this year has been, and make conscious choices before the 2026 begins.

Zoom link will be sent once you register. Details to follow.

I have found myself mentioning this a lot this week. The energy of next year, the Fire Horse, is already coming in, and many people can feel it. It is a pull in a new direction, a beckoning out in the world in a different way. You may not know exactly how - keep listening to the impulses, and they will lead you into it.
Shedding what you aren't taking with you into 2026 is what is happening now because 2026 will be a fast-moving (nay, galloping) year.

Ode to My Favorite Tree. I guess it's inevitable that you become a kooky tree lady the more spiritual you get. And it seems to come with age too, when you begin to appreciate the journey of other aged things. On the eve of a move, I would like to wax poetic on my favorite tree...
This birch tree buckles at her base, as if her crown of branches is weighty, but she is determined to carry it. She shows me that her path was not straight and easy, but she endured.
She has 3 eyes: one on the inside of our house, which she sits so close to; one angled up and toward her branches; and the largest is straight up to the sky. She reminds me to keep an eye on those around you, those you love and support, and those that support you.
She has lost most of her golden leaves in her recent shedding, trusting the cycle of what falls away.
May I remember all these lessons.
I encourage those interested to look closer at the trees. They hold great wisdom.

Goodbye. Honestly, when I started my business 4 years ago, I was worried I wouldn't get any clients. I was worried that there were already enough Reiki practitioners in the area. I was worried that I would get clients, and I wouldn't know what to do with them. All of that was part of the process of getting outside of my comfort zone, which is where all growth begins.

And in 4 short years, I have grown out of not 1, but 2, offices! It is always bittersweet to pack up a healing space, and I know I am supported in even bigger things to come. When you surrender to the flow, it carries you.

9 years ago today, we arrived in NYC from rural France. It feels fitting that I announce today that we are moving back to the City in a matter of weeks. 9 is the number of completion.

I go back with a new mission and better tools this time.

Sisterhood of the Rose Retreat, Mt Shasta

Many of you have asked what came of my time in Mt Shasta and the retreat I was on. From the retreat facilitator, I was shown what it is like to move through the world with as much unconditional love as you can hold, and it was truly beautiful to witness. She exemplified for me how I can deepen how I show up for others in the future. The women who were a part of this retreat showed me how to be held in more intimacy and profound presencing than I have ever experienced in my life. Truly, it is medicine when women hold the vulnerabilities of others in soft hands and hearts. This medicine alone is powerful enough to heal the world.

We can all do this work anytime we COME TOGETHER in vulnerability and authenticity, with soft hands and hearts.

Thank you to my Connecticut community for doing this with me the last 4 years. I will miss you all!

To , thank you for your example. I look forward to continuing to work together!

To , , , .wellness, and , thank you for your soft hands and hearts.

Sending you all so much love.
