2️⃣Self-Care Rituals: Create simple self-care rituals. Whether it's a warm bath, a cup of tea, or a walk in nature, prioritize activities that bring you comfort.

3️⃣Physical Activity: Move your body! Exercise releases endorphins, which can improve your mood and reduce stress.
