I can help you identify and make gradual lifestyle changes to keep your immune system healthy, and keep inflammation down, so you will have a longer, healthier life with more energy to do the things you love. I am 51, a wife, mom and a 2-time cancer survivor. Working with a team of doctors, I went through surgeries, radiation and chemotherapy in addition to integrative therapies during my cancer treatment program. Over the past 14 years I have been on a journey to improve my health and strengthen my immune system so cancer will not return. I've made changes, and I've learned so much along the way. Now, I am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and I want to share what I have learned so I can help others.
