In addition to skilled rehabilitation therapy and nursing home services, the campus also offers independent and assisted living at adjacent Lincolnwood Assisted Living. A couple of weeks ago, at our holiday party, the award was presented to Jo. Jo was nominated by fellow tenants and our staff for being consistently welcoming, kind, and for her wonderful contributions to the community and activities. Her positive spirit and willingness to get involved help make our community a place people truly feel at home.

What a wonderful Monday we had full of community and celebration! 🎄🥣
We loved spending time with our tenants and staff at our holiday lunch party—sharing a great meal, exchanging gifts, and enjoying plenty of smiles and laughter.
Later that evening, we were grateful to welcome so many friends and family members for our Soup Supper.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make both events so memorable. We’re thankful to be part of such a caring community!

Today was a very special day for our campus!! Please bear with us for the long post! A lot to celebrate!
We are ending our year being an overall 5-star Medicare Facility, 5 stars in staffing and 5 stars in Quality! In fact we are the only Nursing Home in a 25 mile radius with a 5-star rating on Quality!
Our staff grew from 74 to 94 and we are currently fully staffed for pretty much all departments. Missing only one PT nurse! And our team is the absolute BEST!! Below are pictures of Awards presented today!
**Each year we dress up for 12 days of Christmas and today was Grinch Day- hence some of our staff wearing a "different" and "FUN" attire!!!
