⏰ Last-Minute Cancellations & No-Shows: Why They Matter 🚫👶

We understand that life with kids can be unpredictable, trust us, we get it! But when appointments are canceled at the last minute or missed entirely, it affects more than just your schedule.

Here’s how:

🔹 Another sick child misses the chance to be seen.
🔹 Our providers and staff lose valuable time they’ve reserved for your child.
🔹 It increases wait times for other families needing care.

We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible, ideally 24 hours. This helps us keep our schedule running smoothly and ensures that every child has access to the care they need.

🎆🇺🇸 We had so much fun celebrating the 4th of July at the Edgewood and Ft. Mitchell parades! 🇺🇸🎆

Thank you to everyone who came out to wave, smile, and cheer us on. The energy was incredible and the community spirit was even better. ❤️💙 From patriotic floats to sweet treats and sunshine, it was a day to remember!

Beginning Monday, June 9th, Pediatric Care will no longer be using the Phreesia Online Patient Intake software for check-in. Instead, our friendly front desk staff will assist you with check-in once you arrive for your appointment.

✅ What’s staying the same?
We will continue to use Phreesia’s Appointment Reminder and Text Outreach Services, so you’ll still receive helpful texts and email reminders about upcoming appointments and other announcements.

We appreciate your understanding as we make this change to better serve you in person! 💙

We’re opening our doors and turning on our phones a little earlier on weekdays to better serve you and your little ones! 🧸💉

Pediatric Care will turn on our phones as early as 7:30 in Edgewood and Covington and 7:45 in Burlington to help fit your busy schedule. Whether it's a wellness check before school or a quick sick visit before work, we’re here when you need us most.
