Heather has been a caregiver with Touching Hearts at Home for 10 years, serving in both Wisconsin and Minnesota! She joined this field with a mission close to her heart:

From walking support to water checks, our team is going the extra mile to help clients stay safe, strong, and empowered at home.

Did you know even mild dehydration can raise fall risk? That’s why we’re reminding families to keep water bottles close, fans running, and outdoor time limited during peak heat.
