On Friday, 77 Cassia leaders gathered to kick off an exciting new chapter: our journey with the Performance Excellence Network using the Baldrige Framework.

This isn’t just a project—it’s a long-term commitment to strengthen leadership, improve outcomes and build a culture of excellence across every Cassia community. It’s about doing better for residents, families, and staff—and having a roadmap to get there.

This month, we’ll submit our first company-wide Level 1 application, with five communities beginning their own later this summer. Special thanks to Michael Garner from Momentum for leading the training and helping us start strong!
