🍪 Snack your way to stronger bones 👀! These no-bake bites are protein-packed and NUMMY! ✨ They support: Bone density, Joint comfort, Skin elasticity, and Muscle recovery.
We use AlgaeCal Collagen, available at all OsteoStrong MN centers!
Recipe from from .paleo:
1️⃣ Mix the filling: 1 C drippy unsweetened almond butter, ⅓ C collagen, 1 T maple syrup, ½ t vanilla, pinch of salt. Mix until smooth. Add more almond butter if too dry!
2️⃣ Roll & freeze: Form ~1 T balls and freeze 15 min.
3️⃣ Melt the chocolate: ½ C dark chocolate chips + ½ t coconut oil over low heat.
4️⃣ Dip & store: Coat frozen balls in chocolate, place on parchment, and store in fridge!
