SLEEP 💤

Such an important aspect of or health & vitality

Focusing and eliminating nerve dysfunction in the upper neck region has TREMENDOUS benefits

One of them, amongst MANY, resorting proper sleep patterns

We (humans, parents, people in general lol) store SO much tension across their shoulders and up into their neck

Reducing that tension and strain with gentle and specific adjustments regulates the nervous system and GREATLY helps restore healthier sleep patterns

Best place to nap? Chiro table 100%

We WOULD say that this was a phenomenal post-adjustment nap, but it isn’t lol

BUT! We CAN say with certainty that one of the first improvements we notice in kiddos during care when we can regulate their nervous system is improved SLEEP 💤

But either way…

We’d choose the chiro table for a nap as well 😆 👌🏼 Good choice, Brooks
