The biggest question about Almara we get is, "Did you get bought out?" And the answer is a resounding, No!

In fact, OBGYN Specialists is pushing back against this national trend and digging our physician-owned roots in even deeper with Almara. By giving our long-established collaboration of physician-owned OBGYN practices one name, we are spreading the word that there is still an alternative to big system care and hedge-fund run practices.

Did you know you can do little simple food swaps to not only help with weight loss, but also improve your overall health? The easiest way to do this is to continue to choose foods you truly enjoy, but switching some of the ingredients for whole grain options, or adding vegetables into the meal.

Some examples of this is doing whole grain tortilla shells, instead of regular. Doing whole grain pasta and adding peppers and onions to add volume and nutrients to the meal. Or doing lean ground turkey or lean ground beef, instead of higher fat percentage beef.
