Patient Story: Defining the Jawline Without Surgery

For as long as she could remember, the area under her chin and along her neck had always bothered her. It wasn’t something that appeared suddenly with age. Even when she was younger, she felt that her neck carried extra fullness and that her jawline lacked the definition she wanted.

Because of this, she often felt that her profile did not reflect how she wanted to look. The jawline did not appear sharp or structured, and the transition between the chin and neck felt blurred rather than defined.

In 2021, she came to Afzal Clinics looking for a solution that could address those concerns without surgery. Her goal was straightforward: she wanted a clearer jawline and better neck contour.

She underwent a Contour Non-Surgical Neck Lift, a treatment designed to reduce fullness beneath the chin and improve the structural definition of the jawline using minimally invasive techniques performed in the office.

The change addressed the volume that had always bothered her and created a more defined transition between the chin and the neck.

Over time, we also enhanced the overall facial balance by adding chin filler to improve the projection and size of the chin. Strengthening the chin helped support the jawline and further refined the contour of the lower face.

Now, several years after her original treatment, she reflects on the experience. In the interview, she explains how addressing the fullness under the chin and improving the chin projection changed how her jawline looks from both the front and the profile.
