Join our team! 🙌🏼

We are saddened to say we will be losing our wonderful Dental Assistant, Netrea! 😭

We are looking for a compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team. You will be joining Dr. Swanson and her team to provide quality dental care to our patients. We believe in providing individual attention to ensure that our patient’s understand the condition of their oral health and all the benefits that modern dentistry has to offer.

What we are looking for:
* Must work well in a team setting. We all help each other out, whether that be in sterilization, cleaning up rooms, or helping out the other team member’s patients
* Licensed Dental Assistant in the state of Minnesota
* Must be licensed to take x-rays
* Eaglesoft knowledge preferred
* Must be able to run sterilization procedures
* BLS certified
* We do provide renewal bi-annually

* You will be working with an amazing team. We work together like the gears in a clock. All the pieces are important in making it work well. We do not work as individuals, but as a wonderful team.

It was a wonderfully hot day at Dr. Swanson’s cabin over the weekend. We enjoyed snacks on the boat, and a wonderful meal back on land. 😋

The sunshine was in full view, but the breeze kept us cool. It’s almost the end of summer, so what better way to celebrate the transition into the next season. 😎

This past weekend, Jeana and Netrea served as volunteers for the Minnesota Mission of Mercy (MnMOM) organization. The organization provided free dental care to those who cannot afford to or are able to regularly go to dental appointments.

They both enjoyed the experience! Thank you to the Minnesota Dental Association and Minnesota Dental Foundation for hosting and providing care to underserved communities.
