Good morning! It's that time of year when I get to go celebrate the birth of my nephews! SO - that means I will be out of the office Friday November 9th and Saturday November 10th.

Have no fear! I will be back Monday morning the 12th to celebrate Veterans Day here. If you need anything before then, pop on in today or tomorrow!

I have had quite a few patients coming in with injuries from gardening - yes - gardening. All that bending, scooting, kneeling, shifting, digging, etc will definitely take a toll on your body. After spending a lovely day with my moms (both biological and in-law!) yesterday and helping the patients I have been able to help today, there was a theme I found.
