Meet Kada, whose journey to becoming a CorePower Yoga teacher was inspired by the powerful blend of movement and mindfulness she found on the mat.

Her Sankalpa, or heartfelt intention, is harmony — a value she channels into every class to help students reconnect with their breath, body, and purpose beyond the pose.

After taking her class, she hopes that you leave feeling centered, whole, and resonant far beyond the mat.

If you're thinking about signing up for Teacher Training, here is some advice from her that could help you make your decision:
