To my past and present patients,
It is with mixed emotions that I notify you that I will be retiring at the end of 2023. It has truly been a pleasure serving as your chiropractor and in getting to know you and your families on a personal level as well. After practicing chiropractic medicine for over 20 years, I feel the time has come to end this chapter of my life. Please feel free to share and forward this message to friends and family who may have been patients here.
Our last official day at the office will be Friday, December 22, 2023. Until then, we will still be working to serve your chiropractic and DOT needs during our normal office hours. We will continue to be open on Mondays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We do close from 12:45 to 2:00 p.m. daily for lunch.
Once you have secured another chiropractor, please contact our office to arrange to pick up your medical records. You may reach our staff by email at edinborofamilychiro@gmail.com, or you may call the office at (814)734-4541. Any requests for medical records in the comments below or on Facebook Messenger will not be accepted. Please make arrangements to pick up medical records prior to December 1, 2023 and allow one to two weeks for your requests to be processed.
