Today we celebrate the strength, resilience, and contributions of men in our families, campuses, and communities. 💙
It’s also a reminder that men’s mental health is important and seeking support is a sign of courage, not weakness. Stress, anxiety, pressure to “stay strong,” and unspoken emotions affect many men every day.
