🎇 🎄 The holidays are full of good food and great memories. Just don’t let leftovers make anyone sick. Bacteria grow quickly when food sits out too long, especially between 40°F and 140°F. Refrigerate leftovers within two hours, keep them below 40°F, label them with the date, and eat within 3 to 4 days. Reheat leftovers to at least 165°F before eating. A little food safety goes a long way in keeping the holidays happy and healthy! 🥧 🥘
