A Quick Update on Violet

We wanted to share a brief update and some important information. We are still actively searching for a living liver donor for Violet. Our current focus is to help her gain enough strength and weight in preparation for her transplant surgery. While she has gained some weight, it is not yet at the level her doctors are hoping for.

If you are interested in being considered as a living donor, please fill out the questionnaire at UTClivingdonor.com. Violet’s blood type is O+, but even if you are not a direct match, there are paired exchange programs available. This means you could potentially donate to another recipient, and in return, a matching donor would be found for Violet.
