Christmas symbolizes divine love entering human life, bringing light into darkness, hope into suffering, and peace through humility. It reminds us that true holiness is found in compassion, not power, and that renewal begins within the heart. Spiritually, Christmas is an invitation to inner rebirth, to live with love, mercy, and the awareness that we are never alone.

A Christmas Prayer

Intention: To cultivate Faith in the Divine
Frequency: Each morning for some seconds from Christmas Day to New Year’s Day

Close your eyes and breathe out three times slowly.
See, sense and feel that that the Lord is your guardian and your protection at your right hand.

Breathe out. See, and sense and feel that the Lord will guard your goings and comings now and forever.

Breathe out. See, and sense and feel that even if you ascend to heaven, God is there;
If you descend to hell, God is there too; If you take wing with the dawn to come and rest on the western horizon, even there God’s hand will be guiding you, God’s right hand is holding you fast, now and forever.

Breathe out and open your eyes.
