The Counseling and Training Clinic is an 8,000 square foot facility located on the first floor of the UTPA Educational Complex in room EDCC 1.272. The Counseling and Training Clinic personnel is diligently working to meet the mental health needs of our community by providing counseling services free of charge. The Counseling and Training Clinic is under the direction of Ms. Roy Rosales, LPC-S, LCD

C. Clinical support is provided by Ms. Sandra Saavedra, Administrative Assistant I. The counseling services are provided to our clients by Practicum II, Practicum III students and Licensed Professional Counselor- Interns (LPC-I) who are completing the clinical hours required to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Texas.
